The tile itself is perfect. But getting the tile was a bit of a nightmare. I paid extra for 2 Day Air shipping only to find out that the package was sent via ground delivery! This caused the tile to be late to my job site and delayed my project. I had spoken via chat with a customer service rep but there was nothing they could do. They said they would refund me the pricey shipping fee I had paid but I do not believe that has happened yet either.
Half my order shipped on time, guess they just forgot about the rest of it? Project is on hold until the other half of my trim tile shows up.
