• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• Condition: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: Returns are not accepted on sale items, samples, or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email info@heytiles.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own freight company, or we can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your total refund.
3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. To qualify, products must be in original packaging and must not have been installed, painted, stained, or altered in any way. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30-day window has passed.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Reporting: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@heytiles.com within 2 business days.
• Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or credit.
• Post-Installation: Hey Tiles is not liable for product defects or labor costs once the material has been installed. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Final Checklist Before You Request a Google Review:

2. Address Match: Ensure your warehouse/business address on the site matches the address in your Merchant Center.
