Order Processing & Handling
• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Order Cut-off Time: Replacement orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can also estimate shipping costs by entering your postal code in the shopping cart.
• Domestic Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
• International Shipping: 1–3 Weeks
• Sale/Holiday Items: Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery during high-volume periods.
Damages and Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@heytiles.com with details of the product and photos of the defect within 2 business days of delivery. We will prioritize these cases to ensure a replacement is sent promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hey Tiles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
