Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 48 hours.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@heytiles.com with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of order delivery.

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 3 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 3 PM it is not guaranteed to go out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.
