Description
Calacatta Gold marble is mined from quarries in Carrara in the region of Tuscany in Central Italy and boasts a brilliant white base with prominent gold and silver veins. The distinctive pattern of the marble characterises Calacatta as the most desirable material in the natural stone universe.
The subway tile was unveiled in the early 1900’s in the New York City underground subway system and is known for its simplistic and uniform style. The popularity of the design has remained prevalent in American style interiors.
