Install the L-shaped panel at outside 90-degree transitions and use the coordinating Alaska Gray 6" x 24" field panels across adjoining flat wall surfaces.

• Install Corners First: Establish, plumb, and level the corner pieces before setting the field panels. Align the horizontal stone courses so the field panels transition naturally into each corner.

• Alternate Corner Orientation: Rotate or alternate the 12-inch and 6-inch returns between successive courses where the design permits. This helps stagger vertical joints and avoids a repetitive stacked seam.

• Use a Structural Substrate: Install over stable concrete, masonry, mortar beds, or properly prepared cement backer board rated for adhered natural-stone veneer. Painted drywall and flexible or damaged surfaces are unsuitable without approved preparation.

• Confirm Wall Capacity: Natural marble ledger panels are heavy. Verify that the substrate, framing, fasteners, and overall wall assembly can support the completed stone installation.
