Pure White Thin-Set Mortar Required: Light natural marble is porous and translucent. Always set tiles using a high-performance, polymer-modified pure white thin-set mortar (ANSI A118.4 / ANSI A118.15) to prevent background shadowing.

Pre-Sealing Before Grouting: Apply a penetrating natural stone sealer to the tile face prior to groutingto guard against grout haze and pigment absorption into marble pores.

Grout Selection: Use a flexible, non-sanded grout or high-performance performance grout to fill the curved joints around pebbles smoothly without scratching the stone.
