MSI RockMount® Arctic White 3D Honed 6" x 24" Marble Ledger Panel creates a clean, sculptural wall surface using genuine natural marble in cool white tones. Narrow stone strips are assembled at alternating depths, producing a dimensional stacked-stone profile that changes subtly as light moves across the installation.

Unlike rugged splitface ledger stone, Arctic White 3D features a refined honed surface with a smooth, low-sheen appearance. Its crisp coloration and architectural relief complement contemporary, transitional, coastal, and minimalist interiors.

The preassembled panels fit closely together for a grout-free stacked-stone appearance. Use them for kitchen backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, feature walls, columns, exterior façades, and other approved vertical installations.

Installation & Handling Guidelines

IMPORTANT: WHITE MARBLE INSTALLATION

Use white setting material approved for natural marble. Gray mortar can create visible shadowing or discoloration through light-colored stone.

• Install over a clean, flat, dry, and structurally sound concrete, masonry, or cementitious backer-board substrate.

• Use a premium white polymer-modified Large and Heavy Tile mortar meeting ANSI A118.4 or A118.15 and approved for natural stone.

• Directionally trowel the mortar and back-butter each panel to obtain substantially complete coverage.

• Dry-lay panels from several cartons to distribute natural differences in white tone and mineral markings.

• Butt adjoining panels closely together without conventional grout joints. Clean exposed mortar from the marble before it hardens.

• Stagger vertical panel joints between courses to prevent continuous seams.

• Install coordinating Arctic White 3D corner panels first when wrapping columns or outside corners.

• Correct uneven substrates before installation rather than attempting to compensate with excessively thick mortar.

• Exterior installations require appropriate waterproofing, flashing, drainage, movement accommodation, and setting materials rated for the climate.

• Fireplace installations must comply with the fireplace manufacturer’s clearance requirements and applicable building codes.

• Wet-cut with a suitable diamond blade. Do not dry-cut or grind natural stone because the resulting crystalline-silica dust can cause serious respiratory injury.

• Order approximately 10–15% additional material for cuts, breakage, panel blending, and future repairs.

Care & Maintenance

• Remove surface dust with a soft-bristle brush or a vacuum fitted with a non-scratching brush attachment.

• Clean with warm water and a neutral-pH cleaner formulated for natural marble.

• Avoid vinegar, lemon, acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasive powders, and wire brushes.

• Wipe cooking grease, oils, cosmetics, and strongly colored liquids from the marble promptly.

• Consider applying a penetrating natural-stone sealer in moisture-, grease-, or stain-prone locations.

• Test the sealer on an unused piece first because some products can alter the appearance of white marble.

• Periodically inspect exterior installations for open joints, failed sealant, or moisture intrusion.
