Customer Service Policy

First: the quality of the tile is good. But not good enough to stand up to the way it is packaged and handled during shipping. I received at least 2 boxes of tile in such small pieces it could not be used. Second: My request for replacement was denied because I did not meet the 30 day deadline for a return request. The project that was planned for these tiles was delayed many times by the contractor. I has no control when he would work since it was an outside project. I am a woman with serious Arthritis. How was I to lift and move all of the boxes I received in order to check them within 30 days? I trusted your company to properly protect my purchase during shipping and to be an upstanding company when it comes to your responsibility to the the customer. I am very, very disappointed.
