⚠️ IMPORTANT: NATURAL LIMESTONE INSTALLATION

Limestone is porous, acid-sensitive, and naturally variable. The installer must evaluate the substrate, drainage, climate, setting method, and complete installation system before work begins.

• Inspect Before Installation: Verify the material, dimensions, thickness, color range, finish, and quantity. Do not install pieces with unacceptable damage or characteristics.

• Blend Several Pallets: Mix pavers throughout the installation to distribute lighter, darker, and more heavily marked pieces evenly.

• Dry-Lay the Area: Arrange a representative section before setting the stone. Natural differences in tone, edge character, and mineral markings should be expected.

• Compacted-Base Installation: For dry-laid installations, use a properly excavated, graded, and compacted aggregate base designed for the expected soil, drainage, climate, and traffic.

• Concrete-Slab Installation: When wet-setting over concrete, use an exterior mortar system approved for thick, light-colored limestone. White setting material is generally preferred to reduce the risk of visible shadowing or discoloration.
