Installation & Handling Guidelines

⚠️ IMPORTANT: MANUFACTURER-SPECIFIED JOINT AND OFFSET

Sant’Agostino recommends a 2 mm grout joint. For the 60 × 120 cm format, the manufacturer recommends aligned installation or a 4/5 stagger, which creates approximately a one-fifth-course shift between adjoining rows.

• Confirm the Finish and Code: Verify that every carton is labeled Mystic Beige 60120 Natural, item CSAMYBEI60. Do not mix it with the polished Krystal version, CSAMYBEK60.

• Dry-Lay and Blend: Open several cartons and arrange the tiles before installation. Balance lighter, darker, and more heavily veined graphics throughout the surface.

• Large-Format Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be structurally sound and exceptionally flat. Correct irregularities before setting the tile.

• Mortar Selection: Use a premium polymer-modified Large and Heavy Tile mortar meeting ANSI A118.4 or A118.15 and approved for porcelain.
