⚠️ CRITICAL: Large-format tiles (LFT) have a natural, slight "crown" from the firing process. To prevent "lippage" (edges sticking up), you must use a mechanical tile leveling system. This ensures that every 24x48 slab is locked into a perfectly flat plane with its neighbor.

• Recommended Mortar: Use a premium Large-and-Heavy-Tile (LHT) mortar to prevent the heavy slabs from "slumping" or sinking into the mortar bed.

• Substrate Flatness: The floor must be flat to within 1/8" over 10 feet. Use a self-leveling compound if the substrate has any dips or high spots.
