Reves Noisette Matte Mosaico 1 x 6 12 x 12, FLORIM

Product Overview

Reves Noisette Mosaico 1 x 6: Architectural Warmth

Elevate your "quiet luxury" design with the Reves Noisette Matte Mosaico. This 12 x 12 mesh-mounted sheet features a modern 1 x 6 stack bond (straight-stack) pattern. Inspired by the rare beauty of alabaster and earth-toned onyx, the Noisette palette offers a sophisticated mix of tobacco, hazelnut, and warm cream veins.

The Matte finish provides a contemporary, velvety texture that feels organic to the touch. This mosaic is the perfect tool for adding vertical or horizontal interest to a space, whether used as a full feature wall, a shower floor, or a decorative transition in a niche.

Recommended Applications

Confirm the current manufacturer approval for the intended floor, wall, shower, pool, exterior, or commercial installation before specifying this product.

Installation & Handling Guidelines

• Directional Flow: Install the 1x6 chips vertically to make a backsplash or shower wall appear taller, or horizontally to expand the visual width of a small bathroom.

• Shower Floor Safety: The high frequency of grout joints in this 1x6 pattern provides excellent traction, making it an ideal, slip-resistant choice for modern walk-in shower pans.

• Color-Matched Grout: We recommend a Warm Taupe or Mushroom colored grout. This allows the linear pattern to feel like a cohesive, "carved" stone surface rather than a busy grid.

• Easy Cutting: The mesh backing allows you to easily cut the sheets into 2-inch or 4-inch strips to use as decorative liner accents between larger 12x24 or 24x48 Reves slabs.

Care & Maintenance

Use a cleaner appropriate to the listed material and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. Test any cleaner or sealer on a spare piece first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does "Noisette" look like in person? A: Noisette is French for "hazelnut." It is a warm, mid-tone brown that isn't too dark. It feels much warmer than a standard grey but is more sophisticated than a basic beige, perfectly mimicking the internal depth of natural onyx.

Q: Can this mosaic be used on a kitchen backsplash? A: Absolutely. The 1x6 stack pattern is one of the most popular contemporary choices for backsplashes. It provides a cleaner, more "architectural" look than traditional 1x1 or 2x2 squares.

Q: Is it difficult to clean the extra grout lines? A: Not if you use a high-quality grout. Because the tile is non-porous Florim porcelain, the tile itself won't stain. We recommend an alkali-resistant epoxy grout to keep the lines looking fresh with just a simple wipe-down.

Q: Does it match the larger Reves Noisette tiles? A: Yes, it is manufactured from the same porcelain slabs to ensure a perfect tonal match. Using the 1x6 mosaic on the floor and the 24x48 slabs on the walls is a classic high-end Italian design layout.

Q: Is the 1x6 pattern "mesh-mounted"? A: Yes, the individual 1x6 pieces are pre-mounted on a 12x12 mesh sheet for easy alignment and faster installation.
