Fine tiles but TERRIBLE customer service

When I ordered my tiles on January 23 I stated that I needed them ASAP. On January 24 I received a tracking email from Fedex and a projected delivery date of January 29, but no tracking number. No delivery on the 29th. On the 30th I reached out to Hey Tiles and asked for a tracking number, thinking there had been a slight delay. Hey Tiles said they would get me a tracing number but they didn't. On the 31st I emailed again and then called. Turns out the tiles had never been shipped! I explained AGAIN that I had needed them by the 29 and it was now the 31 and they had not yet left!!!! They offered to cancel but I needed the tiles and they said they would ship the 31, next day delivery, but since it was a Friday, the carrier did not deliver on the weekend and they would come on Monday. Monday I do think that I finally received a tracking number, but no tiles. They did eventually arrive on Tuesday February 4, and the label says in BIG LETTERS UPS GROUND. So they flat out lied repeatedly and I am pissed. My crew was waiting and Hey Tiles just lied repeatedly about shipping. In my case, I was in a rush and could not start searching for the tiles again from scratch, , but I would never in a million years work with these people again. And I recommend that you don't either.
