Arrived in good condition considering how fragile the tiles were. Pleased.

I was very happy with the delivery and quality of the tile planks ordered from HeyTiles. MSI directly delivered the product on two pallets, using a forklift to put them in the garage.

Was glad to get a large sample that was complete and not broken.

Product was well packed and delivered as stated when I placed the order. Customer service was quick to answer a question and helpful. I am pleased with my purchase.

The tile was packaged nicely and it is so beautiful.

It’s hard to evaluate something that never arrived. On June 29th over two weeks after the order was placed I was notified that it was not delivered and that I needed to pick it up at the UPS warehouse by June 26. Oops, then I received an email stating it was going to be delivered by FedEx. When I called to determine who was delivering and where my package was the poor man on the other end of the line was totally confused. I’m still waiting.

These tiles are beautiful. We needed to tie together creams and black, and this did the job perfectly. They have a great transitional style and look high end. I’m extremely happy with my selection.

I like the color, and it is easy to use. It was a little lighter gray than I expected, but once sealed it looks good. Biggest issue was the number of broken pieces I ordered 3 boxes and had a total of 14 broken pieces...very disappointing!
